Very interesting piece of audio on leadership. I've noticed that today's leader really lacks humility, and that's not very recommended, especially if you want to be a good leader.
I've read this book called "Are leaders born or made?" written by David Grabovac and he perfectly pointed out examples throughout history that were good leaders, humble but with character, loved by the people and that remained true to their cause. Today's leader would probably be swayed by whatever sum of money and just throw their principles out the window. That's what I think, at least.
