Is buffalo milk OK?
All milks of animal origin have cholesterol (soya milk has zero cholesterol). Creamy milk of a buffalo is full of cholesterol. One should, only consume skimmed milk. One should reduce saturated fat intake by substituting skim or 1 percent milk for whole milk. One should not take oil, ghee and butter more than 15 ml in a day. Ghee (clarified butter), butter, cream and coconut oil contain saturated fats which are harmful to the heart.
