Dr KK Answers: Cardiac resynchronization therapy and left bundle branch block
MADIT-CRT Trial has shown that CRT plus defibrillator therapy reduced the rate of heart failure progression and ventricular tachyarrhythmias in patients with left bundle branch block, but not in patients with right bundle branch block or intraventricular conduction disturbances.
