India will be attempting many largest and first in the world studies today. All are based on the concept of hundredth monkey phenomena and importance of understanding Critical Mass.

As per Yoga Vasishta Chapter 6 whatever one percent of the population thinks the rest 99% of the population will follow and think the same.

And whatever the 5% of the population does the rest 95% of the population will follow and do the same.

For creating awareness, we need a Critical Mass of 1% and for changing the behaviour we need a Critical Mass of 5%.

Indian Prime Minister has announced one of the largest self-distancing programs in India on 22nd starting 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Scientifically it will be the largest single program to create awareness and change the behaviour of the public in one day.

It will be an alternative to the imposed lockdown as done in China. Self- restraint is always better than imposing restrictions

1.     The first largest study will be to know the impact of 5% of the society showing gratitude to people who are working against all odds, against non-availability of personal protective equipments etc.  The impact will be boosting their moral and make them the public heroes.

2.     The second largest study will be to see the impact of 12 hours self-distancing, a phenomenon called shelter in home on the reduction of new cases 5 days after the restriction, that means, on 27th March  after the incubation period of cases on 22^nd is over

3.     The third largest study will be to see the impact of community continuous sound (clapping, singing, blowing Shankh or siren) for five minutes on the environment based on the principles of quantum physics.

Our body as well as the body of the virus is nothing but a union of matter with the nonmatter or a wave particle duality. At level of non-matter, we all connected to the universe. The collective sound waves theoretically in the language of quantum physics and quantum field theory can interact with each other and may even reduce the critical mass of the virus.

4.     The fourth study will be to see the effect of the siren on the collective consciousness of the society. If 5% of the society thinks and prey for a common outcome the principle of synchro-destiny will apply, and miracles happens again following the principles of quantum physics and quantum strings

5.     The last and the fifth study will be that in India with second largest population of the world and with public health being a concurrent subject will it be possible to unite all the political parties together when it comes to National crisis.

Modi govt allocates Rs 8,000 crore for National Mission on Quantum Technology or the Quantum-Enabled Science & Technology (QuEST) programme.

Unlike existing systems, quantum computing takes advantage of subatomic particles to exist in more than one state at any time. Because of how these tiniest of particles behave, operations in quantum computers can be done much more quickly. 

Government’s quantum mission is a must take “high-risk” investment. With this the Nation will reach, within a span of 10 years, the goal of achieving the technical capacity to build quantum computers and communications systems comparable with the best in the world.

Quantum Computer Existed in the Vedic Era

The ancient Hindus imagined a person with a supercomputer with Hindu God Chitragupta, which means Mind Fold-Secret.

Chitragupta (चित्रगुप्त, 'rich in secrets' or 'hidden picture') is assigned with the task of keeping complete records of actions of human beings on the earth. He is the God of justice. Upon their death, Chitragupta has the task of deciding heaven or the hell for the humans, depending on their actions on the earth. As per Padma Purana, Chitragupta was Manasaputra of Lord Brahma.

Advaita philosophy believes that the God is in me and hence Chitragupta is in me.  

Any human is made up of body, mind and soul. The soul is omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent. Fire cannot burn it, air cannot dry it, ice cannot freeze it and weapons cannot cut it.

All the qualities of Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh, Yama and Chitragupta are present in this soul.

Today, scientists are in process of mimicking the soul powers by way of super computers and as of date they have now been able to compute a quantum computer with most of the properties of the soul.

The computer properties and quantum software of Chandragupta for instant data storage, competition and analysis mimic qualities of today’s quantum computer, which uses quantum-mechanical phenomena such as superposition and entanglement to perform computation.

The quantum computer today can explain a super-computer that records and retrieves at the appropriate time every single thought, word, and deed of every single human. The computer also can classify these in every case into a positive and negative column, i.e. that it can also evaluate the data.

Quantum entanglement is a physical phenomenon that occurs when pairs or groups of particles are generated, interact, or share spatial proximity in ways such that the quantum state of each particle cannot be described independently of the state of the others, even when the particles are separated by a large distance.

The principle of quantum superposition states that if a physical system may be in one of many configurations—arrangements of particles or fields—then the most general state is a combination of all of these possibilities, where the amount in each configuration is specified by a complex number.

The quantum mechanics, quantum field and strings can explain most features of the soul and spirit.

Since the Corona Virus has been declared Public Health Emergency of International concern the government should immediately issue a school and college advisory regarding everyday habits that can help prevent the spread of respiratory viruses.

1. Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
2. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
3. Avoid close contact with people who are sick with fever, cough or cold
4. Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
5. You can sneeze with a sleeve or arm. Do not use your hands.
6. Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces.
7. Stay home if you are sick with any respiratory symptoms, such as fever, cough, shortness of breath and are feeling tired.
8. Try staying away from large groups of people.

Dear sir

Regarding Coronavirus

1.    It behaves like SARS

2.    Every ten year it mutates

3.    It has origin from bats

4.    It spreads like large droplets (maintaining three feet from infected person will prevent distance)

5.    Spreads only form people having lower respiratory infections and not a worry for spread from upper respiratory infections or simple fever with cough and cold

6.    We know LRTI will always have breathlessness so unlikely to spread from people travelling with no breathlessness

7.    Unlikely to spread in other countries causing serious illness

So, the answer is

National droplet infection control program

Involving respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette

Use of simple masks by patients

Will take care of pollution illnesses also

Universal precautions and not when there is panic
