Chitragupta the quantum computer of the Vedic Era

Chitragupta the quantum computer of the Vedic Era
Dr KK Aggarwal
President CMAAO, HCFI and Past National President IMA
Modi govt allocates Rs 8,000 crore for National Mission on Quantum Technology or the Quantum-Enabled Science & Technology (QuEST) programme.
Unlike existing systems, quantum computing takes advantage of subatomic particles to exist in more than one state at any time. Because of how these tiniest of particles behave, operations in quantum computers can be done much more quickly.
Government’s quantum mission is a must take “high-risk” investment. With this the Nation will reach, within a span of 10 years, the goal of achieving the technical capacity to build quantum computers and communications systems comparable with the best in the world.

Quantum Computer Existed in the Vedic Era

The ancient Hindus imagined a person with a supercomputer with Hindu God Chitragupta, which means Mind Fold-Secret.

Chitragupta (चित्रगुप्त, 'rich in secrets' or 'hidden picture') is assigned with the task of keeping complete records of actions of human beings on the earth. He is the God of justice. Upon their death, Chitragupta has the task of deciding heaven or the hell for the humans, depending on their actions on the earth. As per Padma Purana, Chitragupta was Manasaputra of Lord Brahma.

Advaita philosophy believes that the God is in me and hence Chitragupta is in me.

Any human is made up of body, mind and soul. The soul is omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent. Fire cannot burn it, air cannot dry it, ice cannot freeze it and weapons cannot cut it.

All the qualities of Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh, Yama and Chitragupta are present in this soul.

Today, scientists are in process of mimicking the soul powers by way of super computers and as of date they have now been able to compute a quantum computer with most of the properties of the soul.

The computer properties and quantum software of Chandragupta for instant data storage, competition and analysis mimic qualities of today’s quantum computer, which uses quantum-mechanical phenomena such as superposition and entanglement to perform computation.

The quantum computer today can explain a super-computer that records and retrieves at the appropriate time every single thought, word, and deed of every single human. The computer also can classify these in every case into a positive and negative column, i.e. that it can also evaluate the data.

Quantum entanglement is a physical phenomenon that occurs when pairs or groups of particles are generated, interact, or share spatial proximity in ways such that the quantum state of each particle cannot be described independently of the state of the others, even when the particles are separated by a large distance.

The principle of quantum superposition states that if a physical system may be in one of many configurations—arrangements of particles or fields—then the most general state is a combination of all of these possibilities, where the amount in each configuration is specified by a complex number.

The quantum mechanics, quantum field and strings can explain most features of the soul and spirit.

Heart Care Foundation of India to focus on youth health education during the 21st MTNL Perfect Health Mela

New Delhi, July 24, 2014: Heart Care Foundation of India, a leading national non-profit organization committed to making India a healthier and disease free nation, today announced its focus on youth education during the 21st Perfect Health Mela 2014. The mass community health event, which is scheduled to be held at the Talkotora Indoor Stadium New Delhi, from 15th -19th October, 2014 will feature a series of interactive consumer based modules focused on educating over 4000 school and college students about the importance of preventive health and hygiene.

The underlying reason behind this is the belief that by educating the youth from the very beginning, several life-threatening and lifestyle diseases can be prevented in the future. The various activities planned will be spread across five days and will include a series of inter school and college music, art, creative writing, sports and dance competitions; workshops, lectures and entertainment shows all themed around healthy living. In addition to this, all students who have symptoms of suspected heart disease will be provided free screening and consultation through the Sameer Malik Heart Care Foundation Fund, an initiative by the NGO to ensure that no person dies of heart disease because they cannot otherwise afford treatment.
Addressing a press conference, Padam Shri, Dr B C Roy & DST National Science and Communication Awardee and the President Heart Care Foundation of India, Dr. KK Aggarwal said, “Heart Care Foundation of India is committed to raising awareness about the various health issues in the country and providing solutions for them. As a part of this endeavor we have been successfully organizing the Perfect Health Mela for twenty years now. In its 21st edition, the Perfect Health Mela will lay an increased focus on youth education, for early and timely awareness about preventive healthcare can help reduce the disease burden in our country drastically. A leading example of this is the fact that a heart attack takes about 15-20 years to manifest. So if a person wishes to avoid becoming a victim to it at the age of 45, he must start taking preventive measures in school itself. I am extremely thankful to all our sponsors, partners and the participating schools and colleges for without their support none of this would be possible.”

Adding to this, Chairman of the Standing Committee South Delhi Municipal Cooperation and President of BJP Delhi, Mr. Satish Upadhaya said, ”We congratulate the Heart Care Foundation of India on this noble initiative and hope to keep continue supporting the Perfect Health Mela in the future as well. Young children are the future of our country and it is our duty to educate them about the importance of health and hygiene from their school days itself.”

The Perfect Health Mela caters to people from all age groups and walks of life and is attended by over 200 organisations each year including those from the State and Central government, PSUs, leading corporates amongst others. This year’s Mela is being organized in association the NDMC, MCD, Health Department Government of Delhi and MTNL and will feature a series of mini-events being organized starting September 2014 as a build up to the Mela.

Speaking at the press conference renowned Bharatnatyam dancer and Padma Shri awardee Geeta Chandran said “With more and more young people being diagnosed with lifestyle disorders in todays day and age it has become extremely important to raise awareness about preventive measures from the onset of ones education and what better a way to do so than through music, dance and art. I am extremely proud to support the Heart Care Foundation of India in their endeavor to make India a healthier nation and wish them all the best for the future. ”

Adding to this the Medical Officer of Health- NDMC, Dr. PK Sharma; Director of Education – NDMC, Ms. Vidushi Chaturvedi and the Medical Officer of Health SDMC, Dr. NK Yadav in a joint statement said, “Health and hygiene are an extremely important part of a person’s life and must be taught at an early stage, for it is extremely difficult to make a person unlearn his habits and acquire new ones once people are older. We are extremely happy to be associated with the 21st MTNL Perfect Health Mela and hope that through our joint efforts we can help make our country a healthy one”

Others present at the occasion included the Consultant, Birla Vidya Niketan Ms. Tapati Singhi and GM Marketing Corporate- MTNL, Gunjan Sinha.

Temp below 30 not conducive for dengue

Over 200 school teachers trained on Health and Hygiene

New Delhi: Thursday, 8 November 2012: A workshop was conducted by Padma Shri & Dr. BC Roy National Awardee, Dr. KK Aggarwal, President Heart Care Foundation of India on Health and Hygiene which was coordinated by Birla Vidya Niketan. Over 200 school teachers participated and were trained in the workshop.

Women’s conference on Impact of Climate Change on Family Health

A women’s conference on’ Impact of Climate Change on Family Health’ was organised at the Mela venue. The speakers included Dr. Sunila Garg, Prof. PSM MAMC and Dr. SN Yadav (Naturopathy and Ayurveda) and Mrs Minakshi Kushwaha Principal Birla Vidya Niketan.

Facts about dengue and climate change
1.     At around 30–32oC, vectorial capacity can increase substantially owing to a reduction in the extrinsic incubation period, despite a reduction in the vector’s survival rate.
2.     Warming above 34o C generally has a negative impact on the survival of vectors and parasites.
3.         Laboratory experiments have demonstrated that the incubation period of dengue 2 virus in Aedes aegypti could be reduced from 12 days at 30oC to 7 days at 32–35oC.

Over 2000 school children participate in Inter-Eco Club Competitions
Over 2000 school children participated in Inter-Eco-Club Competitions which included cartoon making, paper bag painting, creating the best out of waste, yoga and aerobics. The competitions were coordinated by Birla Vidya Niketan.

Facts about noise pollution released

  • Everyday noise exposure, compounded over time, has an impact upon our ability to hear.
  • Excessive noise can ultimately affect the degree of the presbycusis that develops.
  • Constant exposure to loud noises can cause high frequency sensorineural hearing loss.
  • As per Occupational Safety and Health Administration, all employees who are exposed to a greater than 85 dB time-weighted average must be enrolled in a hearing conservation program and provided hearing protection.
  • Furthermore, OSHA's standards limit employees' exposure to noise as follows: if the time-weighted average is 90 dB (which is equivalent to the noise made by a power lawn mower), they may be exposed to that noise for 8 hours; at 95 dB only 4 hours of exposure is allowed; at 100 dB only 2 hours are allowed, and so on.
  • A short blast of loud noise also can cause severe to profound sensorineural hearing loss, pain, or hyperacusis (pain associated with loud noise). This usually involves exposure to noise greater than 120 to 155 dB. Thus, hearing protection in the form of muffs or plugs is highly recommended anytime a person is exposed to loud noise.

Facts about smog released
  • Smog is a serious problem and is harmful to human health.
  • Ground-level ozone, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide and carbon monoxide are especially harmful for senior citizens, children, and people with heart and lung conditions such as emphysema, bronchitis and asthma.
  • It can inflame breathing passages, decrease working capacity of the lungs, cause shortness of breath, pain when inhaling deeply, wheezing and coughing.
  • Smog can irritate the eyes and nose. It dries out the protective membranes of the nose and throat and interferes with the body's ability to fight infection, increasing susceptibility to illness.
  • Hospital admissions and respiratory deaths often increase during periods when ozone levels are high.
