People in touch with their soul speak the truth, take consciousness-based decisions and experience inner happiness.
The great sages of India described ‘Satchithananda as the main formula for how to be in touch with one’s soul and get inner happiness. This formula is based on three questions to be asked to oneself before performing any action. If the answer to all three is ‘yes’, go ahead. In other words, if the answer to any of the three is “no”, do not perform that action.
Later on, many texts have modified this formula as per the need of the society.

- Will it give happiness?
Later on, many texts have modified this formula as per the need of the society.
1. Buddha’s Law of Action summarized these questions as:

10. According to Deepak Chopra, to know your soul profile one should ask seven questions to his or her consciousness while sitting in a meditative poise or in state of relaxation and focussing the awareness on the heart. The answer to each question should be either in three words or three phrases.
