Scenario India: 
31 cases in India (17 outside India)

Delhi Noida Gurugram Agra Jaipur Kerala Ghaziabad (5 states)

28 active cases

Serious none

Two clusters (driver + 16 Italians Jaipur, 1 Delhi + 6 relatives Agra), 1 Ghaziabad, 3 cured in Kerala, 1 Gurugram PTM employee, 1 Telangana, 1 Delhi

No community spread

17 Indians abroad infected with coronavirus: 16 cases reported from Japan on the cruise ship and one from the UAE

 Stage: cases, two clusters (human to human transmission) with no community spread (surface to human transmission). 
Cluster management
No super spreader in India as doubling time is not abnormal.  Epidemic doubling time is 7.5 days (Korea 1 day with Tripling time of 3 days was due to a super spreader)

Positive cases and close contacts need isolation, masks, and treatment. Taken care by the government.
Others do not need masks but only hand and face hygiene
